Child Safety Standards

Hunting Club is operated by Hunting Club LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Website: huntingclub.app · Contact: support@huntingclub.app

Last updated: July 16, 2026.

These standards describe our publicly available policies against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). They apply to the Hunting Club website, our mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"), and they supplement our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Zero Tolerance

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited on the Services, is grounds for immediate account termination, and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are prohibited on the Services without exception:

  • creating, uploading, storing, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including photorealistic, computer-generated, or AI-generated imagery;
  • any content that sexualizes minors, including sexualized depictions, comments, or roleplay involving minors;
  • grooming: befriending or building trust with a minor in order to facilitate sexual contact, sexual abuse, or the production of sexual imagery, whether online or offline;
  • sextortion: threatening or blackmailing a minor, or someone believed to be a minor, using real or alleged access to intimate images;
  • the trafficking of minors or advertising a minor for any form of exploitation;
  • arranging or facilitating in-person meetings with a minor for a sexual purpose; and
  • using the Services to contact, solicit, or share contact information with minors for any sexual purpose.

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. Users between 13 and the age of legal majority may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, as described in our Terms & Conditions. We remove accounts that we determine belong to users under 13.

4. In-App Reporting

Every user can report posts, comments, and user accounts directly in the app using the built-in report option. Reports can include a written description, are submitted confidentially, and immediately alert our moderation team for review.

You can also report child safety concerns to us at any time by emailing support@huntingclub.app. You do not need an account to email a report.

5. Enforcement

When we become aware of content or behavior that violates these standards, we act on it. Depending on the violation, this includes:

  • immediately removing the offending content;
  • permanently terminating the responsible account and associated accounts;
  • preserving relevant material and account records as evidence for law enforcement, as permitted or required by law; and
  • reporting the activity to the appropriate authorities.

6. Reporting to Authorities

We report apparent CSAM and child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement investigations, including responding to valid legal requests. We comply with all applicable child safety and mandatory reporting laws in the regions where the Services are offered.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement right away. In the United States you can also report directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.

7. Child Safety Point of Contact

Our designated child safety point of contact is support@huntingclub.app. This contact receives child safety reports, questions about these standards, and notifications from app stores, regulators, and child safety organizations. Law enforcement and legal requests can be directed to legal@huntingclub.app.
